My Sherlock Theory
Spoilers for those who have seen The Reichenbach Fall Johns view of Sherlock is pretty obscured when he jumps off the building. He is also knocked down by the guy on the bike(homeless network?). What if Sherlock gave the guy on the bike some of the drug used in Hound to drug John with. Then when John saw a body he would hallucinate that it was Sherlocks.
